Understand the world. Design a better future.

Open Star Initiative brings together engineers, students, and curious minds to study society with scientific discipline, systems thinking, and long-range imagination. Our mission is to better understand the world we have inherited, so we can navigate change with confidence and help build a better tomorrow.

Why  Open Star Initiative?

Discover the unique advantages of becoming part of our community.

Learning

OSI aims to provide a structured learning path suitable both for teacher lead sessions, individual learning and study circles. With a firm base in the scientific method we build from there with systems thinking, model based systems engineering and a clear intent.

Collaborative Environment

Engage with like-minded individuals sharing a passion for systems thinking. Help build the necessary global systems insights for plotting a new course. The goal will always be moving and that is as it should be, but we must move with it, together.

Practical Applications

Apply theoretical knowledge to real-world challenges - evaluate, adjust, implement and repeat. Develop and share methods and insights in a scientific  and precise form. We don't guess, we don't assume - we investigate, test and learn.

Empowerment for the Future

Systems are everywhere and in ever increasing levels of complexity. Equip yourself with tools to analyse and understand the world. Learn to organise and plan for meaningful change.
